I worked at Peraso as an intern (Less than a year)
Many things to learn, and there is always work to be done.
Technology is interesting and very applicable, even with a shallow understanding of the topic.
Roles at the company are rather fluid as an intern. If there is an issue, and you can fix it, then you're encouraged to do so.
Hours are flexible, culture is tolerant (as long as you stay out of the politics).
Management often shifts priorities, and appears to lack a coherent long-term vision.
Advice to Management
Find a long-term strategy, and don't overpromise.

It was a phone Interview and 1hour long. The interviewer was nice and we had a good discussion about what company does and what their prospects were in future. This company deals with wireless chipsets. The WiGig technology and IEEE 802.11ad, 60GHz chipsets. They were looking for software developers. He asked for my background and talk about some of my projects.
