Application
I applied in-person. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Parallels (Sliema (Malta)) in November 2013.
Interview
I applied by sending an email to hr, I was asked in for an interview some three weeks later. The interviewer introduced the company, the technologies they use, and where the company hopes to go. This was followed by questions about different coding techniques and was asked to analyse a code and explain what it does and possible bottlenecks and code problems.
