Mission: Deliver accurate, reliable and timely recommendations that enable customers to make informed maintenance decisions.
I have been working at POLARIS Laboratories full-time (Less than a year)
Flexibility with schedule. My manager is the best manager I have ever had. He works just as hard as everyone on the team. When I first started everyone went out of there way to make me feel welcome and answer my questions. All of my coworker are awesome people who are a joy to work with.
It is a big learning curve when you don’t know anything about oil analysis. There are office politics like at most companies. They could do a better job of trying to avoid that.
Advice to Management
Keep working on open communication and sticking to lean. Also put more of an emphasis on cross training so that when there is turnover we are not in a whole.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at POLARIS Laboratories (Indianapolis, IN (US)) in January-2017.
It was an in and out sort of interview. It was a simple interview that conducted of feeling like I was a on trail but over all a good experience. I was given a tour of the building as well.
As we start May, POLARIS Laboratories is very fortunate and thankful to have five more employees celebrating 10+ years of service with us this month. What's more, this brings our year-to-date total to 15 employees who have celebrated an employment anniversary of 10+ years with us. These employees are the reason why we have enjoyed 16 years of success meeting and exceeding our customers' expectations.
Three new hires started this week who are employee referrals. We look forward to paying out our referral bonus to those employees who enthusiastically referred great candidates to be their co-workers.
