Advice to Management
Keep doing what your doing! Over the past year the environment in the lab has changed drastically. Current Management has made major changes, which have had a direct impact on the lab. Morale is better than ever, people are being held accountable, levels program is being utilized the way it was intended, work life balance is much better (NO MORE MANDATORY WEEKEND WORK) Manager, Supervisors, & Leads work hard to make changes which make technicians jobs easier. I have gone from someone who wanted to leave to someone who really enjoys working for this company!
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at POLARIS Laboratories (Indianapolis, IN (US)).
After the application process, I met with HR, the Lab Director, and Lab Manager. They asked quite a few typical questions you would expect for the position if you are well prepared. They were extremely friendly and it was more of a dialog than one sided questions. They expressed a large interest in being sure that I understood what would be expected of me and what I could expect from the company. It appeared to be a great place and the team that I talked with were very knowledgeable and had a drive make improvements and be successful. I would love to work at Polaris.
As we start May, POLARIS Laboratories is very fortunate and thankful to have five more employees celebrating 10+ years of service with us this month. What's more, this brings our year-to-date total to 15 employees who have celebrated an employment anniversary of 10+ years with us. These employees are the reason why we have enjoyed 16 years of success meeting and exceeding our customers' expectations.
Three new hires started this week who are employee referrals. We look forward to paying out our referral bonus to those employees who enthusiastically referred great candidates to be their co-workers.
