Poor training due to some employees won't want u to know better than them so they just do as they like and cos that ve been there longer than u.u dnt necessary matter and that leaves u to figuring things out by our self and making mistakes at which they will still write u up for.

The hiring process was... minimal.Process begins with a 1 minute initial phone interview, followed by a personal interview the next day. Polaris desperately needs to maintain its revolving door culture and isn't in a position to deny anyone employment. In fact, about 1/3 of job offers go unaccepted here. After a brief questioning an oral drug test is performed, and I assume a minimal background check is also conducted - maybe. Interviewees are often informed of a job offer within 1 week of interview
As we start May, POLARIS Laboratories is very fortunate and thankful to have five more employees celebrating 10+ years of service with us this month. What's more, this brings our year-to-date total to 15 employees who have celebrated an employment anniversary of 10+ years with us. These employees are the reason why we have enjoyed 16 years of success meeting and exceeding our customers' expectations.
Three new hires started this week who are employee referrals. We look forward to paying out our referral bonus to those employees who enthusiastically referred great candidates to be their co-workers.
