Are you Type “O”?
Our vision around sustainability is clear – we want to grow our business without growing our environmental footprint, and to make decisions that are both good for the environment and good for business. Ranked number one in North America for sustainability (office & retail) by the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (three years running), Oxford strives to integrate sustainability into the operations of its existing buildings and continues to introduce the latest green building materials and technologies into new developments.
Helping Build Communities
Our Team Volunteer Days Program encourages employees to spend a work day outside the office with their team helping a local organization.
Our Volunteer Sponsorship Program gives individuals or small groups paid time off and additional financial assistance to pursue volunteer activities abroad. Our teams also proudly assist local organizations to make their fundraising campaigns and community events a success.
Using Knowledge and Capital to Create Opportunities
Our teams apply a rigorous and disciplined approach to identifying, underwriting, acquiring and executing on investment opportunities in each of Canada, the US and Europe.
This allows our investment teams to act with speed, capability and confidence, and to complete the right transactions at the right time.
There is No Such Thing as Passive Management
Decisions are made every day across our portfolio that impact our customers, our communities and our bottom line. We take an active approach to managing our assets, which contributes directly and positively to the success of our business.
Every day, we make decisions on capital improvement and redevelopment planning, leasing pursuits, ongoing operations and customer service planning and programming.
Building Communities through Innovation
Before we put pen to paper, we think about the people. We understand that we have a responsibility to meet the needs of the communities in which our projects reside. That’s why we have built relationships with the world’s top architects, public space consultants, engineers, city planners and contractors.
Our goal? To make sure every Oxford development project is world class and one of which all of our people and stakeholders can be proud — now and in the future.
I have been working at Oxford Properties Group full-time
Great company, benefits, worklife balance, and corporate culture.
Career path within can be a challenge.
General behavioural questions, had to come in to do multiple rounds. Questions were relatively straight forward and open ended. Interviewers showed up late which wasn't a great sign. Interviewers gave me an opportunity to ask my questions and were thoughtful with their responses.
