Company follows bell curve approach in rating employees
Tendency to be assigned to different Modules every project with or without proper pre-training. Sometimes you'll have to learn on your own.
Sometimes you'll have to do overtime work without pay. (Most probably, the cause is the previous point)
Advice to Management
Encourage colleagues to have training and use their education budget
Coach-coachee: Do quarterly catch-up sessions to be more connected
Adapt a new approach in rating employees
It is expected that some project phases require employees to do overtime work, please compensate them properly, learn from experience.

One basic test for logical thinking and code analysis.
General, online test for me to take online at home during the weekend - english, math, iq test.
They canceled and postponed one of the meetings when I was already at the door.
Found that the HR people often were late for interviews. (Mostly when the meeting at 9am or similar).
