Pros
I really liked the organization soon as I came in but wanted to give it a few months (I've been here for almost 6 months now)... Competitive salary, BIG budget for Professional development (everyone from 1 year to 20+ years of experience is constantly learning and evolving), the BEST organizational culture I've experienced in my professional life (I'm a change consultant, I know what I'm talking about), truly diverse group of people to work with (I've worked with organizations where DEI is just a buzzword but thankfully that's not the case here at OBS), consultants (and other SMEs) who genuinely care about their clients and not just for the sake of bringing in more business/ revenue, hierarchy of roles/ designations is for the sake of distributing responsibility in terms of client work and not for brandishing power like many other consultancies I've come across (the senior leaders are highly intelligent and accomplished yet the most down-to-earth people I've met)
Cons
The benefits aren't the best compared to other organizations (this is including insurance)
