I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario (Toronto, ON).
in person interview with 2 people. all questions were surrounding the office - what are they working on what are they going to be working on and there were only 5 questions it very much seemed like they already had someone in mind at the organization as mot of the information on what they are currently doing is not publicly available
