    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at OSTC.

    Interview

There was an information session where they spoke about the firm and gave you a tour of the office. I was called back after two weeks to come in and do a math test (quick mental math type questions), followed by a standard interview. Finally, I was called once again to come in for a simulated trading exercise.

    Interview Questions

    • Basic market related questions (current events). Some questions about the federal reserve. Also some hypothetical questions related to team work: "If you had some information regarding a coworker's position in the market that you could exploit to make money, would you do it?"   Answer Question
