    Pros

    One2team managers are truly trying to make you feel good.
    Very nice looking offices, regular events such as off-sites, seminars, Friday drinks. Free coffee and fruits.
    There's an initiative `se sentir bien' that helps with day-to-day hurdles.
    We are at the cutting edge of web technology so it's a positive experience for the CV.
    The recruitment process must be good, because I work with smart and talented people.

    Cons

    The culture is exigeant and criticism unkind.
    There's a lot of noise in the open space. The office is stylish but not functional.

    The CEO spends his time in San Francisco with a team of sales people. It's frightening to see them stubbornly trying to sell the software and failing month after month. In my opinion we are failing for a reason and they refuse to see it.

    There's no clear vision of what top management wants to do with the software roadmap. It's changing regularly. The result is a software that's riddled with bugs. I am not proud to work on this kind of Frankenstein software. I pity the support team that's overwhelmed with customer dissatisfaction.

    Advice to Management

    Publish a full organizational chart. It will avoid contradictory instructions.

    Recognise the US market entrance failed, and focus on what's important: the software.

    Set a product roadmap and stick to it for at least a year.

    I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ONE2TEAM (Neuilly-sur-Seine (France)) in November-2016.

    Interview

    Même si le process semble assez lourd, tout s'est déroulé en seulement 3 semaines !

    - Premier contact avec la Directrice Marketing aux Etats-Unis : entretien informel sur la motivation, le parcours, les envies professionnelles
    - Entretien avec la responsable RH : véritable échange sur l'envie d'évolution, le profil souhaité, tests de personnalité et QI
    - Entretien avec le COO : discussion autour du profil, de l'expérience professionnelle, mais aussi du caractère
    - Débrief du test avec la Directrice Marketing puis discussion avec plusieurs employés de l'entreprise : échange sur la façon de travailler, les valeurs communes (c'est une étape que je n'avais jamais eu en entretien et je l'ai trouvé très intéressante)
    - Entretien final avec le CEO : possibilité de lui poser des questions et d'échanger avec lui sur sa vision du poste
