I worked at Nine9 full-time (More than a year)
I met some of my best friends there. The hours are pretty reasonable and steady.
Corporate refused to update our office, so everything was falling apart, it was so sales heavy, they would sign anyone, whether they had talent and could make it in the industry or not. Corporate would always threaten to "down-size" if goals weren't met.
Advice to Management
Focus on bringing on quality talent and actually helping them get work instead of just signing anyone who will give you money. Upping your talent will make you seem more reputable. Also, better reward your employees for meeting goals and they'll be happier.
Very unprofessional! I got an email to set up and interview and was asked what time would work for me. I replied with what time and they HR rep said that that time would work. I showed up 30 mins before time and the door was locked and nobody was answering. Called their number on there website they said that there was no record of me applying and was told to forward them the email saying I had an interview. Waited a whole hour before leave and then get a call saying that they had a mix up and to reschedule.
