I like my morning schedule
Office Directors are not great leaders, high turnover rate, unprofessional, based on "numbers" that are imaginary to the entertainment industry itself, no ones what they are doing which causes basic skills, daily routine to CHANGE EVERY OTHER HOUR, Pay is ridiculous for the amount of time you spend with people and co workers, only one day off a week....
Advice to Management
Have time management skills, be a team player, talk to coworkers with respect, leave personal business outside the office.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Nine9.
Arrived, saw that there were many candidates on the list to interview that day. Was given a standard written application to fill out in waiting room.
Was interviewed by the Office Director, who was great--personable, energetic, positive, had obviously read my resume. She was very encouraging about the opportunity for advancement within the company.
Next step was that I was asked to come to a weekend open call to sit in on her presentation.
2 days later, she asked me to come in and she offered me the job.She was extremely flexible about the schedule.
