I guess I have high expectations for the people I interact with. Tiffany emails me saying I applied for a part time EA position (which I didn't), then emails me saying she was "multitasking" and meant to say I applied for XYZ position (which I did). We schedule a time to chat further at a specific day at 1:15. I take my lunch, wait until 1:19 and no call from her. So I call her. Then she tells me if she can call me at 1:30, I confirm 1:30 is the time she will call me and she confirms. She doesn't call or email. If this is the co-owner, I can only expect worse from her team and services. Save yourself the headache of dealing with such "elite" agency.
Given the mentioned above, I can't talk about the Cons. I would not hire a company like this which treats their applicants in such manner. Proceed with caution is what I have to say.
Advice to Management
Act professional. Everyone's time is valuable.
After meeting with a new client, there's always the question: "When do you think you can have this filled?" And my first initial response is: "However long it takes you to respond."
More often than not, it isn't up to us as recruiters to fill positions in a timely manner- it's up to YOU, as the CLIENT, to respond to us quickly about the resumes we send to you & provide useful feedback. I hate to break it to you, but not many people these days are going to be banging down your door to work at your company for many different reasons. Which is why if you aren't on top of things Client and your recruiter is...one of these things might just happen to you!
