    Interview

I had 3 rounds of interviews for the role.
    1. Screening call with HR was one of the best experiences. Even though the call was done remotely due to COVID it was really easy to tell she was actively listening and would repeat what I said back to make sure she understood what I was trying to get across.
    2. Interviewed with a designer and product manager to go over my work and ask design relevant questions.
    3. Was given a very small and reasonable design challenge and was asked to present it to the same designer, pm as well as the head of product and engineering. Was asked questions around process and situational questions around working with clients/teams more so than the actual solution itself.

Overall it was a very smooth process. Everything from the job description to people were also very open about their strength but also their weaknesses as a company. This really helped give an accurate expectation to the role but also where I could help.
