    Senior Consultant - GIC Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Toronto, ON
    No Offer
    Neutral Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at Navigant (Toronto, ON) in October 2018.

    Interview

Applied online a few months ago and recruiter from HR scheduled a phone call for screening. Basic questions to ask about why I want to join Navigant and salary expectations. Recruiter was nice despite pushing the schedule time back a couple of times. I was then scheduled for a phone call with a managing consultant that works in the local office.
The phone interview was fine - more technical in the sense of wanting to know what projects I've worked on and the tools used. I think this round was about gauging whether I'd be a good fit for the role and the GIC team.

Despite Navigant saying they'll develop your skills and learning, you need to have advanced technical skills!
Took a few days to be notified that the team is pursuing other candidates so process is fairly quick after the initial phone call from recruiter. The process from submitting application to hearing from the recruiter took 4 months.
