I have been working at Nando's Canada full-time (More than a year)
Great culture, competitive pay, good training, great leadership, Griller's, buddy program, scholarship program and partnerships all available and open. Diversity is seen at all levels.
Can't really think of any at the moment, although I am sure there are some things that can be improved upon.
Advice to Management
Find a way to ensure that leadership training is available often for all Nandocas to benefit from.
I applied online. I interviewed at Nando's Canada (London, ON).
It was a pretty easy, casual interview. The manager and assistant manager introduced themselves first, then got right into the questions. The manager reacts well to whatever response you give him, and he also writes down your answers.
