    Pros

Fantastic Products. Dr. Murad is such an inspiring man

    Cons

Company focus is numbers only. The constant micromanaging is so difficult. No work life balance at all

    Advice to Management

Your team is what makes the business happen. This is a job and not your life. People have lives and families outside of work and you need to respect that. It cannot be just about the numbers

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Murad.

    Interview

Recruiter reached out to me for a 30 min call then followed by two phone interviews. I did two phone interviews because I was not based in LA. Interviews were fine but to be honest the interviewer didn't really try to get to know me. It didn't feel like a conversation and felt much more like you ask a question and I answer. It was not personal at all and it turned me completely off. When I reached out to the recruiter about the next steps she told me they will get back to me in the next week but never reached out. I am assuming I didn't get the job which is fine because I don't think it was a fit but a bit unprofessional. Given the reviews on Glassdoor, I think it's probably for the best.
