Pros
The company had friendly and always helpful work environment, being a start-up company, the pace of work was very quick with changing priorities everyday.Cons
Nothing really big, but just the operating procedures need to be more standardized.I applied online. I interviewed at Moximed (Hayward, CA) in Sep. 2018
Interview
I was shortlisted after I have applied for the position through one of the career sites. I was phone screened by the hiring manager and after 2 weeks from the phone screening they called me in for an in person interview. it was like a full day interview, but honestly they have no clue on what their requirement was and the job description was mixed p and they are looking for a perfectionist than getting a right candidate who they can hire and let me get along with the process. From my understanding they have no time nor resources to train and let the person understand the process. I just hope they are streamlined better and discuss who they really want. Is it someone with experience and who knows everything or someone who is smart and willing to learn under proper guidance if they can make that decision they will be at a much better place. it has been 3 months and I followed up with the hiring manager and the HR initially they said they are interviewing other candidates and it might take a while and so I waited for 4 more weeks which is 2.5 months after I gave my in person interview and haven't heard back anything back till date. I found a better offer and moved on. If they keep searching for the perfect candidate they will keep interviewing till end of 2019.Have you ever worked with a small sized company?
