Lots of independence, room to make mistakes. Lots of time with senior leadership. Strong focus on training and developing employees.
Hard to grow, promotions are often based on need and opportunity on a specific team, not based on an individual's capabilities or strengths (so some people get promoted too early without deserving it while others may wait much longer to get promoted because of the team they are on). Company makes employees feel dispensable at times.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mosaic Sales Solutions (Montreal, QC) in May-2016.
