Advice to Management
Keep being on the side of employees and care for their advancement
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at MindGeek (Montreal, QC) in January-2018.
The interview was with 4 people at the same time and very relaxed. We talked for a bit to get to know each other, they asked about my past experiences and about my career. Then we proceeded to technical questions, but it was not a test: they asked me technical stuff, showed me some code and asked me questions about it, etc.
It was one of the coolest interviews I ever had! I felt a very good vibe at all times!
