    I have been working at MediaValet full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Equity exposure
    - Excellent company culture and work/life balance
    - Rigorous hiring process has built a cohesive team that takes ownership (it's great working with extremely capable people who are accountable to each other - progress truly feels like a team effort across the company)
    - Best management I've had in my career to date (respectful, don't micro-manage, open to input from across the company, go out of their way to be inclusive, and quick to offer recognition of team or individual accomplishments)
    - Great technology and opportunities to grow alongside it (e.g. recent incorporation of various artificial intelligence/machine learning technologies)
    - Varied clientele, which keeps things really interesting (dozens of verticals addressed, and organizations ranging in scope from F100 companies to small NGOs)

    Cons

    Some (at times) awkward governance/management structures. Do not accept hand-shake deals...which holds true anywhere, frankly.

    Advice to Management

    You've built an amazing organization and product, which ultimately comes down to the team that has been put together - continue to take care of it, and things will continue moving in the right direction.
