    Pros

    McElhanney has a fun, supportive workplace
     - They prefer to higher management from within so there are excellent advancement opportunity
     - They continue to update their inclusion and formal harassment type policies as the company grows to modernize
     - They value employees and will support you moving to another branch if that works better for your lifestyle

    Cons

    As I'm sure is the case with many private sector engineering jobs, working late sometimes is required to meet deadlines and keep clients happy, but overtime is paid so if you like making extra money (or extra vacation time!) this is a PRO.

    I applied in-person. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at McElhanney.

    Interview

    Very comfortable. The managers interested in me took me to local restaurants on two separate occasions. It was more of a 'Would you fit into our team vs. do you have the skills / experience as we can train that'.

      Experience and schooling?

      Personality questions.
