    I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Magnus Personnel (Mississauga, ON) in Sep 2015

    Interview

    The interview process was extensive and ran closer to 3 hours long. The reason is they are looking for someone specific to take on the role and run with it and help grow the business. We talked about all aspects of the position and how my related skills would assist in being successful within the role. The interview was with the President as he makes sure to meet and interview every single potential candidate. After the president I was put in front of my new potential co-workers to make sure that I would be a fit for them also. Overall it was great and I am so happy that I was able to fight through it and prove I was the best fit for the position,
