    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lutron (Toronto, ON) in February 2017.

    Interview

I submitted my resume during college job fair. They called after two weeks and arranged a phone interview. Then they call again after a week and arranged for skype interview, they canceled the skype date by a delay. Then they arranged an in person interview. It was in a hotel. The feedback was positive and they asked me to go to Pennsylvania for the next round but I had another offer so I declined.

    Interview Questions

    • Behavioral questions for the phone interview and mostly IQ question for the in-person interview.   1 Answer
