    Pros

Small company means you get great exposure and opportunity to tackle some very interesting technical work. You also have a lot of freedom in deciding the kind of things you want to work on and have opportunity to contribute your own ideas to the company.

The company culture is top notch. Everyone is really friendly and are always willing to help or collaborate.

    Cons

Because of the constant growth the office layout changes every once in a while and even though we just moved to a new office in the last year we're going to be moving to a new location soon again.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work! Love your transparency and all you do to support your employees.

    Interview

Skype conversation with a junior HR specialist. She asked very vague questions and struggled to answer most of mine. You could tell she was reading off a generic list, didn't result in interesting or exciting dialogue.
