    I applied online. I interviewed at LoyaltyOne.


    My first interview was a phone call screening with HR. The interviewer did not seem very interested in my responses and was answering emails during our call. Additionally, after the interview, the HR representative was texting me (instead of calling or emailing) to schedule the next interview. I have never had this experience with an HR department, so I found it odd. Overall, my experience with HR was not ideal.

    The second interview was in person with the Manager, who was very pleasant easy to talk to. The questions were typical behavioural interview questions (ie. why do you want to this role, what are your greatest strengths, etc.).
