    Pros

    Great company and great people- I was unfortunate to have an Indian manager who is into politics and likes to say and work two different things but upper management, as well as the team, is excellent!

    Cons

    nothing much thats comes in mind,

    Advice to Management

    Be as awesome as you are but for Director roles- do the reference checks and don't bring anyone who has not managed any people in their life.

    I applied online. I interviewed at LoyaltyOne (Toronto, ON).

    Interview

    One week after I applied online, I got a call from HR. She asked some standard interview questions and I was told that my resume will be forwarded to the manager. On the same day, the HR called back again to schedule an in-person interview with the manager and another specialist.
    First in-person interview lasted about an hour. Standard behavioural questions and talked about the role and the team.
    HR called the next day to schedule a second interview with AVP.
    Second interview was pretty casual and only lasted about 25 mins.
    Got offer the day after.
    The whole process was quite efficient and everyone is friendly.
