    Pros

Management is fantastic, open door policy

    Cons

The computer system is very outdated, pricing changes weekly which leads to lots of errors

    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Lowe's (Edmonton, AB) in February-2016.

    Interview

Interview was friendly but to the point. Was asked questions but never at all did it feel like I was being interrogated. I did have to wait 10 minutes extra since management was busy, felt like that was quite unprofessional since they said to come in at a specific time for an interview.
