Giving back feels great
All Social Responsibility Program initiatives are driven by our people. We aim to make a difference in communities by focusing our time and money on causes that are important to us, our clients, and our colleagues.
By participating in the Toronto Island Stewardship Program over the past few years, dozens of our team members have gotten their hands dirty planting hundreds of trees and indigenous plants to help preserve the Toronto Islands, one of Toronto’s greatest natural features. As part of its efforts to prevent these islands from disheartening due to erosion, the Toronto Island Stewardship Program is working to remove non-indigenous, invasive species from the soil and replace them with native trees and plants
Lannick Group recently took part in a community involvement day at WoodGreen Community Services. Team members held panel discussions and conducted presentations, one-on-one resume clinics, and mock interviews for more than 40 people of the Immigration Settlement Program. The company received great feedback for their time and services, which made a significant difference in the lives and career directions of participants.
Later that afternoon, our volunteers showed their strength and enthusiasm by landscaping and remodeling the grounds of the Ray McCleary Towers, an area for seniors. The team worked together to till, plant, clean and clear the grounds, transforming the area all together.
Ronald Mcdonald House in Toronto seeks to provide a home away from home for seriously ill children and their families. During the month of December, Lannick organizes a toy drive and delivers donated gifts to less fortunate children in time for Christmas.

Advice to Management
Stop canceling the Thirsty Thursdays! It's a chance for employees to bond and become stronger. Have more social events to have the employees bond with eachother.
I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Lannick Group (Toronto, ON) in April-2016.
I have 1.5 years of industrial recruitment experience and was contacted via LinkedIn for the recruiter role and setup an interview at the downtown office. After couple hours of interviews with almost the entire team they decide to send me to the North york office for an interview wth the IT staffing department. The north york office conducts another 2 interviews on different days with the director and manager I believe. Then, they come back and tell me "my experience is not significant for IT recruitment" . Wasn't this obvious in the first interview itself? Im sorry Lannick, Being 30 years in the recruitment field and unable to determine this simple detail is unbelievable! Anyway, so they come back to tell me they would like to consider me for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ROLE? How does my profile even match this? At this point I am confused and they offer me a salary way below my current drawing. What a waste of time! AVOID AT ALL COST UNLESS YOU ARE A NEW GRAD AND WANT TO GET SUCKED INTO MAKING COLD CALLS AND WORKING FOR LOW WAGES
