Pros
I have been working with Kognitive since one year, never i have seen such a good culture and flexibility. The scheduling is so easy and the work culture is amazing. My manager Wafic at London is very helpful and understanding. Working here has been easier because of his continuous support.
Cons
I don’t feel there is something that i don’t like because it is really a good place to work for students.
Kognitive Sales Solutions Interviews
Director of Cs Interview
Anonymous Employee in Toronto, ONNo OfferNegative ExperienceAverage InterviewInterview
3 rounds of 1:1 interviews; first with VP of Sales, the second being 1 hour with the CEO, third with the CTO. Things that stood out to me were firstly the 1 hour with the CEO, which in theory is an amazing opportunity. However, instead of engaging in a conversation about my background and its relevance to the open opportunity, he seemed more interested in meticulously going through my resume line by line which took most of the time. This approach felt more like an interrogation rather than a two-way dialogue and was difficult to respond to with so much context-setting required to answer. I was surprised to find that there was no presentation component included in the interview process; Didn't feel like a real 'at-bat' to showcase my skill set. Despite the greatly positive feedback from the last interviewer and the expectation that I would be moving forward in the process, I was ultimately informed that I did not receive an offer due to the final decision made by the CEO. This leads me to the one particularly unprofessional aspect of the interview process, which was the unsolicited reference check without providing me with the opportunity to provide my own references. This practice felt intrusive and undermined the professional rapport that should be maintained during the interview process. Unsolicited references are common practice, but not de-coupled from solicited references.InterviewFirst and third interviews were very pleasant and conversational, so it was a natural flowing dialogue.
