I have been working at Klohn Crippen Berger full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

I’ve worked for this company for a decade in multiple locations. Pros: good support for career development - many opportunities to advance and grow; less bureaucracy than larger consultants - good access to senior staff; well managed; strong team of technical experts to learn from; really great co-workers who are friendly and fun; solid response to health and safety changes during COVID.

    Cons

Consulting challenges found at most firms - the whole industry is slow to adapt to more flexible work and improve equality, but KCB is trying and improvement has happened since I started.

    Advice to Management

Keep promoting people who look and think differently from you - it makes the company better.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Klohn Crippen Berger (Toronto, ON) in October 2019.

    Interview

Interviewed with two senior managers on the phone and it's been a very pleasant experience. The whole process lasts about 30 minutes, with detailed introduction to KCB in the beginning and some expected questions.
