Pros

Really puts action against values, puts people over profits while knowing how to hustle, smart people and dedicated departments, great events to keep morale up throughout the year

Cons

Typical agency woes: sometimes you have to put it in the hours to get a project done, or lots of pressure from clients

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Klick (United States)

    Interview

I am currently employed, but received a message from an in-house recruiter, inviting me for a coffee with their senior management to learn about "the exciting things happening at Klick". Intrigued, I asked if we could arrange a phone call first to discuss work arrangement and salary requirements and they agreed. Via Linkedin, the recruiter sounded positive. When I reviewed the site and the Glassdoor ratings, I was interested.

The recruiter never transitioned the discussion to email to schedule despite my suggestion. They asked for my phone number and I obliged, even providing my resume ahead of the call. The last message in our exchange confirmed our appointment.

    The recruiter never called.
