For 2022, we've established our permanent work from home policy allowing our team members to work remotely, based on their abilities. We have also given all our team members five paid days off per year -- for sick days, mental health days, or recharging days.
Our company just added a registered pension plan for all employees with our company six months or more -- we are very excited to offer this as a reward to everyone for their hard work and dedication.
