Interview
First-round was a case interview, which they presented real finance opportunities, and we had to determine whether we would provide the developer financing. We were told to seek out issues we had with the current deal structure and follow-up information we required to properly make a decision.
Second-Round was one-on-one interviews. The best candidates from the group stage were selected and interviewed on their previous experience in finance, as well as, applicable knowledge for the role.
