I have been working at Itsu full-time

    Pros

Lots of opportunities for promotion if you are willing to work hard, high standards, staff parties and other benefits

    Cons

Can be stressful at times, especially when you are understaffed which seems to be getting worse due to Brexit

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Itsu in October-2015.

    Interview

Apparently they do a lot of interviews for not so many positions, so they are very demanding. Best way to pass it is lying: say how awesome it'd be to work with them and why you love their company, telling them that in 5 years time you see yourself working with them... In other companies this would sound fake, but this is what they expect from you.
