flexible, good team, easy to get in
0 hour contract, no stability
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Itsu (London, England (UK)).
The interview was easy, it lasted about 10 min. The questions more or less the same I found here. I had a lot of positive expectations, but my Discovery Day was quite horrible. The kitchen was small and cold, the "dressing room"; so small that there was hardly a place to put my coat and bag. I didn't like the team, I tried to smile to everyone but no one asked me a single questions, they ignored me, were it not for only one lovely girl. In addition, for the whole time I worked in the kitchen (3 hours) there was a so loud rap music...it seemed to me a kind of strange torture. Finally the tills...wow...there were so many items that I couldn't find them on the screen, so imbarassing! I left totally disappointed.
