Mission: Provide sensible technology solutions that add value to your business.
I have been working at Infinite IT Solutions full-time (More than 8 years)
Having worked here for more than 8 years, I can say that I actually look forward to coming into the office every single day. The team is awesome. People are generally happy, and the team tends to even eat lunch together most days. Every Friday we have a staff breakfast, and during the summer we tend to BBQ a lot. It really brings the team together and has created a strong bond between us.
It's a fast paced environment, so drama typically doesn't have a place in the office. We got each other's backs all the time, and always do what's best for the company to get ahead, so sometimes drama is cut short. Not sure if this is a pro or a con, but those that love drama don't last.
Advice to Management
Focus on growth and sales - we can really take this company to the next level if we keep going on the path we are on. Be aware to keep the culture strong the way it is as we continue to grow as that seems to be the magic of what we are.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Infinite IT Solutions (Toronto, ON) in April-2011.
I initially found their website by looking at who the up and comers are in the IT world. Infinite IT always hit every list I looked at, and they were climbing the charts when comparing year over year results.
So I went to their website and submitted my resume. I got called within a few days to do a quick phone interview, which lasted about 15 minutes and the guy told me he wanted to meet in person.
When I got there, I was greeted by a pleasant looking lady with a big smile. She asked me to sign in and I waited for my interview to start. I don't know why, but I wasn't even the slightest bit nervous. The place felt so comfortable that I didn't have the usual butterflies. It was a good sign for sure.
I sat with one of the 2 founding partners and he asked me all the usual questions. The overall interview wasn't too structured - was more like an ongoing conversation that I got to talk about myself. 40 minutes later and the person was telling me that he wanted me to meet his partner.
So they called me back for a 2nd interview 2 weeks later. I met with the other partner and the meeting was similar to the first, only much more technical.
They told me within a week that I had the job. Was SO happy! I spent 4 years of my life with Infinite IT, and am sad that I had to leave.
