I have been working at Hyperview full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Relaxed, family-friendly office located in Yaletown, just minutes from Skytrain. Lots of passionate people work here and the software we're building is challenging and exciting. Beers on Fridays, subsidized gym membership, casual dress code, and good health plan benefits are some of the perks.

    Cons

Growing pains including lack of processes in some areas. Resources are stretched thin.

    Advice to Management

Hire more people and introduce more processes for better coordination and communication between staff and departments. Let's make sure we keep finding time for fun!

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hyperview (Vancouver, BC) in June 2017.

    Interview

    Overall friendly interview.

We talked about my previous projects and what area of technology I was interested in.

Met with bunch of cool people and I was introduced to the rest of the teammates right after the interview.
