    Pros

The company appears to be very promising in terms if culture, environment and career growth

    Cons

The recruiter/ hiring officer didn't have any idea about the role was applying for. During the initial interview, I asked if she can explain further the duties and responsibilities of the role written on the website, and she said she was just new and do not really have an idea about the role.

    Advice to Management

If your recruiters do not have an idea about the roles of the job openings you have, how then do you screen the applicants?

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hometime (Manila, Manila (Philippines)) in April 2019.

    Interview

I was informed through email that I got shortlisted and was scheduled for an interview, but the hiring manager did not show up. I waited for an hour and sent her multiple emails politely asking what happened. I got one response when I copied her manager on the email. But after that nothing. No explanation. No feedback. I reapplied for the same post (which was still open), but did not get shortlisted anymore. Very unprofessional. I think she discriminates on her selection process.
