Stable. My management does not micro-manage. Work from home and generous vacation policy.
Management doesn't seem to care about promoting learning or helping you grow in ways that aren't just you doing your job. Other parts of the company are ran by micro-managers so when one does interact with them it's not pleasant. Pay could be a bit better but it's not terrible or anything.
Advice to Management
Give employees the resources and freedom to learn on the job. Allow room for extra projects and new ideas.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Harris Govern (Plano, TX (US)) in February-2015.
Was a long process but very typical as far as interviews go. First were a couple of phone interviews then in person with a few people then a final phone interview.
