Interview
I went through 3 rounds of interviews with Groundswell. First, meeting with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, and lastly, meeting with the manager/team members. At the last stage of my interview, I put together a presentation with the design challenge Groundswell assigned me. (0verall, since I am serious about the job, I put in 4+ hours on research and design+ production)
All positive vibes and lots of questions were asked and answered throughout the interview process.
After the three interview rounds, I was told, " we've made the decision to not move forward at this time." I emailed back curious about the reasoning even though I fully understand the reality of a job seeker who is not getting feedback most of the time, and we have to move onwards!
After two weeks, the position is posted again with the same job description.
As a job seeker, I encourage the companies who see themselves as leaders in innovation and community to know each resume as an actual human. All job seekers try to stay positive in this trying time and want to do their best during interviews. Respect our time and energy.InterviewAll typical interview questions nothing special
