    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at George Weston Foods (Castlemaine (Australia)) in March-2017.

    Interview

HR phone interview was clearly structured and good. On site interview had quite a bit of a wait outdoors in a long queue at security and then at reception. Clear STAR type questions from HR but the process was interrupted by generic questions from the area manager who didn't appear to have had a good day.
