    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GWF (Sydney (Australia)) in February-2017.

    Interview

Interview process comprises of a face to face interview with the hiring manager along with one more interviewer.
The Interview started with a brief explanation of the business, where the role sits in the hierarchy and what is expected out of the role.
Interview questions are more behavioral and are aimed at putting the candidate into hypothetical scenarios to judge how he understands and performs in that situation. The hiring manager was very sharp and was counter questioning on the answer presented by the candidate.

Overall the experience was good and the environment was friendly enough to make me comfortable.
