Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (Tillsonburg, ON) in March-2016.
Interview
After an online application, I got an email with a bunch of questions to answer. After few days, I got a phone call from the US office, and set an interview time. I visited the site (Tillsonburg, ON), and had an interview with two people (HR and plant operation). After the interview, I sent a follow-up letter twice: the day after the interview and two weeks after. However, I did not get any response from them.
