I have been working at Fospha full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Company going places. Over the last 12 months Fospha has developed from a dynamic and exciting startup into a more mature business, still exciting and able to move quickly but now with a great social life, more structure, better support etc. A brilliant place to start or further your career

    Cons

The location of the office could be better - but at the current rate of growth we will have to move before long anyway!

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fospha (London, England (UK)).

    Interview

A few calls, couple of interviews, and finally a lunch. Prior to this a bit of emailing. I knew a couple of people who worked for the wider group too, so I spoke to them to get some background information.
