In the beginning

Fiix was started in Toronto by a few ‘fiixers’ that wanted to bring simplicity to the unnecessarily complicated world of maintenance management software. And they wanted to do it with a product that was easy to use and affordable for everyone.

    -Innovation and Growth
    -Amazing people work at this organization
    -Great management team that knows how to hire people who have a passion for what they do
    -Equality and fairness is a major attribute of working at Fiix
    -Lots of activities and events to participate in
    -Product is good (easy to implement and sell)
    -You are always recognized for your hard work


    No place is entirely perfect but Fiix is close...

    -No free parking (although expansion is under way currently)
    -Office can be quite loud at times (although they are installing sound resistant technology throughout the office)
    -Growth can be challenging at the current pace (however we are building new processes daily and growing pains are to be expected)

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work, however we need to focus on building processes around the growth that we are experiencing.

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fiix Software (Toronto, ON) in February-2016.


    The interview process begins with a phone-based screening. Typically this is a half-hour and determines if you will move to the in-person interview. There will be 3-5 interviews at the Fiix offices, with peers, the hiring manager, and with the leadership team.
