    Pros

    good benefits, and free snacks.

    Cons

    unfriendly staff members, staff who gang up against new staff members, and no training that was promised.

    Advice to Management

    train your staff and don't listen to gossip and stop favouriting other members of staff that you have an outside of work relationship with.

    I applied online. I interviewed at Feefo.

    Interview

    Initial phone interview with line manager then face to face with HR and Director. Was offered the position within a week of the interview. The interview process was very structured, which I enjoyed. They were friendly approachable people, which instantly puts you at ease.
