FMT which is a division of Fednav is a great company to work for. Hands down in my career the best company so far. They treat employees fairly and they stay true to the values they preach.Cons
The only Con right now in July 2019 is the I/T software lack of upgrade but we have been told that this will change so for now its status quo until the new upgrades.
