I have been working at Executive Enterprise full-time (Less than a year)
It’s been great being part of the Executive Enterprise team. Everyone helps each other get better. I was nervous about not having marketing or sales experience but every skill is taught and the structured manual makes it easy to study and ask questions. The field work is only 6 hours a day, the rest of the time is used for training and learning.
No cons so far. My trainer was off for day but one of the other trainers stepped right in.
Advice to Management
You’re a great leader Jackie! Thanks for being a mentor to me. Please never stop coaching and forcing us to “level up!”
The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Executive Enterprise.
Very short first interview, didn't say that I would be doing door to door until the second interview. Very misleading info, she said that I would be able to move up into management after doing sales.
