    People are very open to work across teams

    Hard working vibe meaning you're much more likely to work until late in the evening than clock off early for drinks
    Hard to push through promotions
    Fearful WPP acquisition could kill 'indie agency' vibe

    Advice to Management

    Investment in your staff would save agency morale. A number of colleagues reluctantly left Essence in search of salaries that were deserved. In a team of specialists, we were hit hard as couldn't rehire. Team dynamic broke down and never really recovered. Feel this could be something applicable across more teams.

    I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Essence (Toronto, ON) in November 2017.

    Interview

    The hiring process was one of the worst hiring process I have ever had. All the 3 women from essence Toronto were extremely unfriendly and demotuvating. They did not greet me nicely too.
