I have been working at Enterprise full-time (More than a year)
Great opportunities to move up. You are in charge of how far and where you want to go. Opportunities to move and work in other countries. Get to test drive every car! Random road trips to pick up vehicles from other locations and overnight stays for special events.
Cleaning cars in nice clothes. Long hours occasionally. Really early mornings sometimes.
Advice to Management
Listen and stay patient with your employees and act on their recommendations or questions. Stay off your phones and listen to the little guys that are trying to get to your level.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise (Montreal, QC).
Après avoir déposer ma candidature, j'ai reçue une demande pour une entrevue téléphonique. Les questions étaient de base et faisaient simplement référence aux informations sur mon CV. Ensuite, j'ai eu un entretien avec la spécialiste en recrutement au bureau de Montréal. L'entrevue s'est très bien déroulée et a durée environ 45 minutes. Les questions étaient un peu plus approfondies sur mon expérience de travail et sur ma formation académique. Par la suite, j'ai eu un second entretien avec la directrice des gestionnaires de la rive-nord. Les questions étaient similaires à l'entrevue précédente. Finalement, je n'ai reçue aucune offre d'emploi.
