It's official: Enterprise is a great place to build a successful career. We've been named one of the top 10 most popular companies for college graduates! Join us and find out why. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQsBS
Operated by Enterprise Holdings, we’re a family-owned, privately held company belonging to a world-class portfolio of brands that includes Alamo Rent A Car and National Car Rental. Since we opened our doors 60 years ago, our singular focus has been supporting each other, so we can best serve our customers and grow our brands. Today, we’re known for our extraordinary level of customer service at our more than 7,600 global Enterprise Rent-A-Car neighbourhood and airport locations.
Some 100,000 dedicated team members sharing common values. And more than 1.9 million vehicles taking our customers wherever they need to go. And with the constant evolution of our industry, we continue to grow our business – and add to our variety of career opportunities.
Our people are the reason for our success. By living out our values each day and providing exceptional customer service, we’ve built a strong culture – one in which we bring honesty and integrity to all we do.
Our Founding Values:
From day one, you’ll be given real responsibility – and be expected to own it. You’ll take care of customers, connect with your community and live our values. And you’ll learn what it takes to manage a multimillion-dollar business. That’s just the beginning of how we can take your career further.
As a Management Trainee, the skills and experience you gain will be the foundation of your career. We have the training and support you need at every step of the way.
We’ll start you out close to home at one of our neighbourhood locations. You’ll build relationships with coworkers, customers and mentors. You’ll learn everything from how to exceed our customers’ expectations, to the principles of accounting. You’ll also help grow the business by building relationships with local businesses, as well as learn how to manage a team of people and a fleet of hundreds of vehicles.
As a Management Trainee, the more you put into the program, the more you’ll get out of it. We promote from within, based on performance. Not seniority. See our promote-from-within philosophy in action.
For more than a decade, Enterprise Rent-A-Car has been recognized as one of the largest recruiters of college graduates. We’re a proven training ground – with amazing ground-floor opportunities that have corner office potential. From day one, you'll learn our business, and make decisions that have an impact. This is your chance to make a difference.
As an intern, you’ll gain the real-world experience you need to stand out from the crowd. Learn more about our internship opportunities.
We value giving back to the communities we serve.
You’ll see it through company support -- such as our pledge to donate $60 million to fight hunger -- and in how we encourage each of our employees to make a positive impact in the neighbourhoods where we do business. Our ongoing global philanthropic initiatives include:
I have been working at Enterprise full-time (More than a year)

Cleaning cars in nice clothes. Long hours occasionally. Really early mornings sometimes.
Advice to Management
Listen and stay patient with your employees and act on their recommendations or questions. Stay off your phones and listen to the little guys that are trying to get to your level.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise (Montreal, QC).
