I worked at Enrollment Resources full-time (More than a year)
Working at Enrollment Resources provided a wonderful learning opportunity for me. As a junior level copywriter, it was enlightening working with a business who is an expert in their niche – higher education marketing.
The company culture is casual and family-oriented. People are encouraged to be themselves. You won’t find stuffy corporate culture here, though employees are still held to high professional standards.
The ER team is sharp. The sales team, finance people, AdWords analysts, production managers, developers, and copywriters are all on the top of their game. They work hard and expect you to do the same. Complacency is not rewarded at ER. Agility and critical thinking are.
My direct boss was fair and firm. She made her expectations clear, and she was willing to jump in and get her hands wet if need be. She was also flexible with allowing time off.
I would recommend Enrollment Resources, especially if you are a hard-working, collaborative and innovative person.
ER is a mid-sized company. I think they are still adjusting to the transition from being a start-up to an established corporate company.
