    Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Energy Resourcing (Calgary, AB) in August 2015.

    Interview

Very informal in regards to interview structure. Lightly touched on experience but was more around questions on my experience that we looked at. Spoke about previous situations with clients and contractors to understand how I would handle issues. Looked at what objectives of the role were and were the position would grow in the future.
