    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EXP (Vancouver, BC) in May 2022

    Interview

The interview was set up by HR in advance, and the interview was held online via TEAM.
Met with two interviewers, the interview questions generally cover your background, existing experience, why choose EXP, what is your plan, etc. You can also ask several questions either during the interview or after that via email. It is pretty friendly and not stressful.

Our people come to us from different backgrounds and education, with their own needs and expectations. Everyone’s experience is unique. Everyone’s career path belongs to them. When the opportunities are exponential, we figure it’s better to show, not tell. Watch as our employees they tell their stories, in their own words, to demonstrate their expertise, recognize their mentors and reveal why they chose EXP.
